Completion is scheduled for late 2026.

The demand for affordable housing in the Hamburg region remains high. In this context, we were able to successfully broker a property in Itzehoe last week. The plan is to realise around 60 subsidised rental flats there - a project with potential in an attractive commuter location.

Our client is still looking for suitable plots for the construction of rental flats - preferably with a gross floor area of approx. 4,000 m² or more, also in the off-market area.

Located approximately 12 minutes by car from the western outskirts of Berlin, this site offers potential for the development of around 23 terraced houses.

The project is currently in the preparatory phase and is being marketed off-market.
