7. Transfer to third countries
Some of the services used (e.g. Google Maps, Vimeo, Meta Platforms) also process data in the USA. Please note that there is no level of data protection equivalent to that of the EU in such countries. We transfer data only on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 49 (1) (a) GDPR) or if the provider is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF).

We store your personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose:

10. Obligation to provide data
For the conclusion of contracts and compliance with legal obligations, the provision of certain data is necessary. Without this data, it is not possible to carry out the respective project (e.g. property brokerage).
11. Profiling / automated decision-making
No automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
